About us



Mark Boyadjian


Mark founded Arevia Power in 2015. Mark has lead over $500MM in solar project fundraising over the last eight years. Mark has direct experience in raising capital throughout solar projects’ lifecycle from development capital to Tax Equity and permanent financing. Mark was responsible for leading the funding of SunEdison’s first non-recourse $85MM development capital loan. In addition to fundraising, Mark has deep experience in tax credit and PPA structuring. Mark was responsible for structuring and closing SunEdison’s 2012 New Markets Tax Credit twinned with solar project in Massachusetts and for the 2012 CPS Energy 36MW Partial Prepay project. He holds a B.S. in Finance from New York University Stern and an M.B.A. from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.

Ricardo Graf


Ricardo has lead solar development project teams to over $502MM in project financing of utility-scale solar PV projects to over the last nine years and will be the primary point of contact for development related activities associated to the Gemini Solar Project. He is seasoned in all facets of solar PV project development – between his efforts, most recently with SunEdison and GCL New Energy, he has created over 2,000MW of project pipeline/backlog in the Western U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Jamaica. He is the overall project director for all projects at Arevia and manages their execution including permitting, interconnection, PPA, regulatory affairs and construction. He holds a B.S. in Public Relations from Pacific Union College and an M.B.A. from La Sierra University.

Cameron Pavluk


Cameron has led early stage solar developments in multiple markets across the United States. Over the last seven years he has been involved with energy trading, asset management, credit risk, and project development. He has helped create 1,000MW+ of project pipeline for large utility scale developers. Under the guidance of Mark and Ricardo, he is largely responsible for expansion of Arevia’s development portfolio across the United States. He holds a B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University, College Station.
